Key Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and expenditure tracking.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management and stakeholders.
• Oversee grants management, including sub-granting processes, partner capacity-building, and compliance monitoring.
• Ensure all financial operations adhere to organizational policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Support procurement processes and maintain strong internal controls.
• Coordinate with auditors to ensure proper documentation and audit readiness.
• Provide financial analysis to guide decision-making and resource allocation.
• Train and support internal teams and partners on financial management best practices.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or CFA is an advantage).
• At least 5+ years of experience in financial management, accounting, or grants administration.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience managing budgets, audits, and donor-funded projects.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to work with internal and external stakeholders.
