Job Overview

Our client, Living Waters Health and Beauty Sanctuary located in Kiwatule, is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Shop Sales Associate (Female) to manage the daily sales of cosmetics and beauty products. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensure product knowledge, and contribute to the shop’s sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

● Greet and attend to customers in a professional and friendly manner.

● Should be staying near Kiwatule. Areas of Ntinda, Kyambogo, Najera, Etc

● Explain product features, benefits, and proper usage to customers.

● Actively drive sales and achieve set daily and monthly targets.

● Manage daily shop operations including opening, closing, and maintaining shop cleanliness.

● Process cash and mobile money transactions accurately.

● Monitor stock levels and report shortages in a timely manner.

● Ensure attractive display and merchandising of products.

● Maintain accurate daily sales records and prepare simple reports.

● Handle customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints positively.

● Uphold company policies and shop standards.

Requirements

● Female, preferably aged 18–35 years.

● Previous experience in retail, sales, or beauty industry is a must.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Outgoing, confident, and persuasive personality.

● Basic knowledge of cosmetics and beauty products is a must.

● Reliable, trustworthy, and well-presented.

● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

● Basic record-keeping or computer skills are an added advantage.

● Growth in number of repeat customers.
