Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to their tables, ensuring a pleasant dining ambiance
• Provide detailed descriptions of menu items and assist guests with their selections
• Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen team
• Serve food and beverages with professionalism and grace
• Monitor guest satisfaction and attend to needs during the meal
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Follow health and safety regulations in food service

• Proven experience as a Fine Dining Waiter in a high-end restaurant
• In-depth knowledge of fine dining service and wine pairing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong attention to detail and service-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
