Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven individual to lead sales at our outlet located along Kireka–Namugongo road. The role involves overseeing daily outlet operations, attending to clients, dispensing orders, and occasionally delivering products to designated customers.

Job Description/Requirements
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading sales activities, attending to clients, and ensuring the smooth operation of the outlet. Key duties include
- Negotiating terms and closing sales while adhering to company policies and procedures.-
- Collaborating with technical teams to ensure accurate project specifications and quotations.
- Actively seeking new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solar solutions.
- Preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role, preferably within the solar energy sector.
- Strong knowledge of solar products, systems, and installation processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills across all organisational levels.
