Job Purpose:

To maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and arrange guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
• Replace linens, towels, and amenities.
• Report maintenance issues and lost & found items.
• Ensure high hygiene standards in line with hotel policies.
• Assist with laundry duties when required.
• Provide courteous service to guests when approached.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in housekeeping preferred.
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
