Job Summary
KPI is looking for a suitable candidate specializing in implementation and maintenance of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, ensuring that the systems operate effectively, efficiently and safely in the buildings and facilities.

Job Description/Requirements
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation (HVAC) and air conditioning systems and equipment.
- Identifying maintenance risks on refrigeration systems
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC and air conditioning systems.
- Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
- Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
- Providing technical direction and on-the-job training.
- Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
- Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers' requirements.
- Proper handling and containment of refrigerants, prevent leaks, and ensure responsible disposal
- Perform daily all the necessary documentation regarding the AHU, ACs, and Chillers operations as per cGMP standards and NDA requirements.
- Documenting processes and maintaining records for the service and refrigerator use
- Promoting Energy Efficiency by optimizing system performance and recommending energy-efficient equipment:
- Understand all the types of Gases used and their environmental Concerns
- Transitioning to environmentally friendly refrigerants through knowledge of new technologies, safe retrofitting, and compliance with the current regulations
- Adhere to any other responsibility that the management may assign at any time.
