Responsibilities:
- Oversee electromechanical maintenance and repairs of batching plant machinery
- Troubleshoot electrical panels, motors, sensors, and hydraulic systems
- Coordinate preventive and emergency maintenance schedules
- Supervise technicians and ensure job safety practices
- Liaise with vendors and contractors for specialized support
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electromechanical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years’ hands-on experience with industrial equipment
- Familiarity with batching plant control systems and mechanical components
- Strong diagnostic and technical supervision skills
- Ability to interpret schematics and repair manuals
