JOB DETAILS:

Job duties:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Lead sales initiatives and customer engagement, particularly for paint products, to drive business growth.
• Monitor stock levels, analyze sales trends using Excel, and prepare business performance reports.
• Establish operational procedures and streamline supply chain processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with hardware clients, construction site managers, and distributors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in the paint or building finishing industry.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (reporting, analysis, tracking).
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in business operations or sales management.
