ABOUT THE ROLE

The Mkutano Company is seeking a highly organised and proactive Workplace Coordinator to support daily operations, team logistics, and digital visibility. This role is ideal for a professional with a passion for organisation, communication, and digital tools. You will play a key part in ensuring the efficiency of our hybrid operations and the consistency of our online presence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Office & Administrative Support

  • Coordinate internal operations: calendars, workflow systems, and internal documentation
  • Manage virtual meetings, travel schedules, and logistics across time zones
  • Support digital filing systems and vendor engagement
  • Track office-related budgets and expenditures
  • Maintain and update the company’s digital and social media presence

Convening & Project Coordination

  • Assist in planning and executing convenings, including administrative and logistical support
  • Coordinate event materials, participant communication, and post-event follow-up

REQUIREMENTS

Education & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative or support role
  • Prior experience in social media or content coordination is an added advantage

Technical Skills

    • Proficiency in digital platforms: Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Asana
    • Familiarity with scheduling, social media, and collaboration tools
    • Basic understanding of digital communication trends and online branding
