Job Summary:
We are seeking two energetic, polite, and customer-focused Waitresses to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidates will ensure an excellent dining experience for our guests by providing timely, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service.
Key Responsibilities:
● Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
● Present menus, explain daily specials, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
● Serve meals and drinks in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
● Maintain knowledge of all menu items and recommend dishes to guests when asked.
● Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and replenished before and after each guest.
● Handle guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating to supervisor when needed.
● Follow hygiene, health, and safety guidelines as set by hotel management.
● Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
● Assist in the set-up and service of events or conference functions as needed.
● Uphold the hotel's image by maintaining a clean uniform and professional demeanor.
Requirements:
● Minimum of UCE Certificate (S4 or equivalent); a hospitality training certificate is a plus.
● At least 1 year of experience in a similar customer service or hospitality role.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Fluency in English; knowledge of Ngakarimojong or other local languages is an advantage.
● Positive attitude, patience, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
● Neat appearance and high standard of personal hygiene.
● Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
