Job Description:
The successful candidates will mainly be responsible for growing our Agent footprint, generating leads, signing up new agents and retailers, meeting sales targets, and building long-term client relationships. You will represent our brand, promote our products/services, and play a key role in driving business growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation strategies.
- Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations for prospective partners, agents, and retailers.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements with retailers and agents to maximize revenue growth.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned weekly and monthly sales and acquisition targets.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts to management as required.
- Collaborate with internal departments including marketing, finance, and technology to enhance customer experience.
- Provide support to key account and B2B customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
- Facilitate training sessions for retailers, agents, partners, and players to improve product understanding and performance.
- Offer first-level technical support for mobile applications, assisting users with troubleshooting and guidance.
- Deliver comprehensive customer support across all client groups including players, retailers, agents, and partners.
Qualifications, skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
- At least 2 years of proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Ability to drive a manual vehicle
- Possession of a valid driver’s license with ability to drive a manual vehicle.
- Ability to speak at least 2 of the location local language is a must.
- Must reside in the region for which you are applying.
