JOB DETAILS:

You will design and execute initiatives that align with our vision, working closely with cross-functional teams including Sales and Sales Operations to ensure partnership activities drive customer acquisition and commercial performance.

Your ability to analyze performance data and derive actionable insights should be second nature, as should your talent for inspiring diverse teams to work towards a common goal.

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, or a related field, with a PMP Certification being a valuable addition. Your proficiency in project management tools should be evident, and any experience in the PAYGO industry or financial inclusion sector would give you valuable context for the challenges and opportunities ahead.
