JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Field Visits & Marketing: Actively participate in on-ground marketing efforts to promote institute programs.
2. Counseling & Admissions: Guide prospective students and parents on academic programs and career paths.
3. Document Verification:Scrutinize and validate all required admission documents.
4. Document Equivalence for International Students: Assist in getting academic credentials assessed and approved.
5. Media Promotions: Coordinate TV & Radio advertisements and public outreach.
6. Marketing Strategy:Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve monthly and yearly admission targets.
7. Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel nationally and internationally for marketing and student outreach.
8. University & Admin Tasks: Support other departments with administrative tasks and coordination.
9. Interdepartmental Coordination:Work closely with Departments and Heads of Departments (HODs).
10. Events & Programs: Organize and participate in institutional events, cultural festivals, and promotional programs.
11. Multitasking & Learning: Show a proactive attitude toward learning new tools and improving admission performance.
12. Other Duties:Carry out any other responsibilities assigned by the Manager, Head Office, or Director.
Candidate Profile:
Experience: 5–10 years of relevant experience in educational marketing only
Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and strategic planning skills
Attitude:Self-driven, dynamic, and open to travel and multitasking
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and any local/regional language is a plus
