Job Duties:

• Oversee employee performance and attendance using the biometric system.
• Enforce HR policies, manage recruitment, onboarding, and disciplinary processes.
• Support employee engagement, training, and performance reviews.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in tech or a fast-paced environment.
