Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Administration, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of HR experience in manufacturing, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of Uganda labor laws and best practices.
• Strong background in industrial relations and ETC initiatives.
