Key Responsibilities:

• Perform laboratory tests and procedures following standard protocols.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring proper inventory management.
• Implement quality assurance and safety measures in compliance with regulations.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff or trainees.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Academic:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science/Technology or equivalent.
• Must be registered with UAHPC and hold a valid practicing license.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a reputable medical institution.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong planning, organizing, and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in coaching, mentoring, and people management.
• Knowledge of quality assurance standards and laboratory safety protocols.
• Basic ICT skills for data management and reporting.
