Role Overview

The Marketeer plays a pivotal role in enhancing product visibility and driving sales through strategic engagement with clientele. This position thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, where creativity and collaboration are key. The Marketeer will engage with clients to resolve issues and provide support, ensuring that our compelling visual media resonates across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Advertise our marketing services to increase company and service visibility.

2. Plan, and organize promotional programs for Shutter Production services.

3. Answer customer inquiries regarding services, prices, and availability.

4. Consult with clients post-sale to resolve issues and provide ongoing support.

5. Supply customers with samples and catalogs.

6. Monitor market conditions, innovations, and competitor activities.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Education: Post-secondary Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• Experience: 1-2 years in sales or marketing roles.
• Skills: Active Listening, Critical Thinking, Persuasion, Service Orientation, Complex Problem Solving.
• Knowledge: Sales and Marketing, Customer Service, Mathematics, Computers and Electronics.
• Technology Knowledge: Proficient in graphics or photo imaging software, presentation software, video conferencing software, marketing software, and project management tools.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Luganda.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with administrative duties, including sales budgets and reporting.
• Skills in negotiation, coordination, and time management.
