Aerolink Uganda is a privately owned airline in Uganda, licensed by the Uganda Civil Aviation Authority with an air operator’s certificate. It specializes in transporting tourists to Uganda’s National Parks, saving their time and allowing them to see more. Aerolink is a leading domestic airline in Uganda offering both scheduled and charter flights into Uganda’s national parks and other important destinations within East Africa.

 

Job Summary: We’re seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive passenger sales through travel agents, tour operators, and DMCs. You’ll be the key link between our airline and the travel trade, responsible for growing revenue, expanding market presence, and building strong, lasting partnerships. This role combines relationship management, commercial strategy, and hands-on sales execution to deliver results across key routes.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage trade accounts and drive passenger sales
  • Identify upselling opportunities & grow market share
  • Build strong partner relationships & conduct account reviews
  • Support trade campaigns & gather market intelligence
  • Track performance and report insights to leadership

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related
  • 2+ years in sales/account management (travel/aviation preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship skills
  • Commercial mindset, self-motivated, target-driven
