Role Description:
We are looking for three women and one man with strong sales experience to join our growing team. Ideal candidates will have a solid background in negotiation, customer service, and digital marketing and advertising. Responsibilities:
• Close deals with users, businesses, and strategic partners
• Execute local and digital campaigns (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram)
• Manage customer relationships and respond to real-time needs
• Support promotional events and urban activations
• Collaborate with the international marketing team
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience (in-person and/or digital)
• Background in customer service and social media
• Fluent in English and Luganda
• Sales-driven mindset, charisma, and a growth mentality
• Familiarity with mobility or delivery apps is a plus
