JOB DETAILS:

Key Responsibilities:

• • Provide technical expertise in structuring and managing financial products under the GROW Financing Facility.
  • Support partner financial institutions (MDIs, SACCOs, etc.) to address credit constraints for women entrepreneurs.
  • Ensure compliance, impact measurement, and capacity building for financial service providers and SMEs.
  • Lead a cluster of financial institutions to enhance access to finance for women-led enterprises.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Experience:
  • 10+ years in SME lending/financial services, with 3+ years focused on tier 3/4 institutions (MDIs, SACCOs, VSLA groups).
  • Training and capacity-building experience for SMEs/financial providers.
  • Knowledge of Uganda’s financial constraints and gender-inclusive finance (preferred).
• Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, integrity, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
