Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Sales Representative to join our event planning company. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our services, which include event decoration, PA systems, control barriers, videography, and more. Your goal is to connect with potential clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions to make their events successful.

Job Description/Requirements
Location: Kampala
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, visits, and online platforms
- Explain and promote the company’s event services
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable packages
- Prepare and present quotes and proposals
- Maintain client relationships and follow up on leads
- Collaborate with the event coordination team to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Basic knowledge of event equipment and services is a plus
Remuneration: Commission based role
