Graduate Innovation ThinkTank Co. Ltd. (GIT) is a forward-thinking company delivering technology-driven solutions to real-world challenges. We’re preparing to launch an exciting new product aimed at transforming logistics and operations in Uganda’s business ecosystem.
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Strategist to lead the go-to-market efforts for our new product. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting a compelling launch strategy, defining key goals, and executing high-impact campaigns that drive visibility, engagement, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a Clear Marketing Strategy: Create a launch roadmap outlining positioning, messaging, campaign phases, and key milestones.
- Campaign Execution: Roll out effective campaigns across digital, social, email, PR, and offline channels.
- Goal Setting & Performance Tracking: Define and monitor KPIs (e.g. leads, sign-ups, awareness reach), and report progress regularly.
- Content Creation & Coordination: Guide the development of impactful marketing materials including visuals, blogs, videos, and press releases.
- Partnership Outreach: Identify key partnerships and platforms to amplify product exposure.
- Insights & Optimization: Use data to test and refine messaging and marketing tactics for better results.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years in marketing strategy or product marketing, preferably in tech or startup environments.
- Strong track record launching new products or services.
- Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g. social media platforms, analytics, email marketing).
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Creative and analytical mindset with the ability to work independently.
