Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and schedule store staff.
- Monitor inventory levels and stock replenishment.
- Ensure proper record-keeping of sales and stock movements.
- Address customer complaints and queries.
- Enforce store policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma in Business Management, Procurement, or related field.
- Experience in retail or warehouse supervision.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of inventory software is an advantage.
