The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets, expand customer base, and grow revenue. They will develop strategic sales plans, manage key client relationships, and drive overall business growth.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
2. Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
4. Identify and pursue new market opportunities to drive business expansion.
5. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to continuously improve sales processes.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns
7. Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
8. Manage key accounts and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
9. Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
2. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.
3. Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
8. Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
