We are seeking a proactive and dependable Field Work Agent to support our operations team in the work they do with farmers around procuring their produce. This role will be instrumental in coordinating on-the-ground activities, ensuring the smooth collection and delivery of produce from farms, as per the company SOPs, and acting as a liaison betwee

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the production team in planning and executing fieldwork runs across different farms.
- Provide logistical support to the production team for field visits, including routing and local coordination.
- Coordinate the day-to-day collection of produce, ensuring quality and quantity standards are met.
- Supervise farm and loading processes, verify produce quantities, and ensure accurate documentation at collection points.
- Maintain effective communication between farmers, drivers, and the production team to ensure timely and efficient pickups.
- Monitor handling and transport of produce to minimize damage or spoilage during transit.
- Report any discrepancies, delays, or challenges encountered in the field in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and safety procedures during field operations.
- Support the collection of field data and farmer feedback as needed.
- Provide logistical support to the production team for field visits, including routing and local coordination.
