JOB DETAILS:

• Reports to: Senior Software and Database Administrator
• Department: Strategy and Planning
• Department Head: Director Strategy and Planning
• Location: PPDA Headquarters
• Job Purpose: Support ICT-related matters to achieve strategic objectives.
• Duties: Assist in software development, ensure application reliability/security, support disaster recovery, provide user support, and other tasks as assigned.
• Education: Honours (1st Class or 2nd Class Upper) Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience: None required.
• Skills: Good communication, teamwork, initiative, positive attitude, and growth mindset.
