We offer a unique blend of comfort, cuisine, and adventure—featuring a state-of-the-art restaurant with a diverse menu, a modern corporate bar, a kids' swimming pool, and exclusive boat cruises to the Source of the Nile and Lake Victoria. We are looking for a dynamic, customer-oriented Sales and Marketing Officer to help grow our brand and connect our services with new and existing clients.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement creative and results-driven sales and marketing strategies to promote the Club’s services.
  • Receive and respond to customer calls and inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information about services and bookings.
  • Manage and follow up on client reservations/bookings in a professional and timely manner. • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with corporate organizations and institutions to drive business growth.
  • Oversee social media platforms, update website content, and execute digital marketing campaigns to boost visibility.
  • Organize and coordinate promotional activities, events, and campaigns to increase guest engagement.
  • Prepare periodic marketing reports and client feedback summaries to inform business decisions.
  • Drive continuous growth by identifying new market opportunities and strengthening the Club’s presence in the hospitality industry.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the hospitality sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for customer service.
  • Proven experience in managing bookings and driving revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and goal-oriented.
