JOB DETAILS:

Exquisite solution is  seeking for a reliable and experienced Security Guard to join our clients dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the clients premises, employees, and assets. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in security services and posses excellent communication and observation skills.

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage and control assigned access points of the company in accordance with set security guidelines.
• Monitor and prevent wastage, damage, theft and abuse of the company property in line with set guidelines and policies.
• Conduct body and vehicle searches at entry/ exit points to detect and report risks and non conformances.
• Disarm all armed visitors upon entry and restrict access to some office locations.
• Guard and protect visitors’ firearms in designated storage facilities.
• Monitor and witness the receipt and loading of stock and sundries in line with the set
  procedures.
• Maintain security dispatch registers.
• Produce, maintain and keep security records.
• Identify any risk (s) noted during the course of execution of duty and formally report to the security supervisor.
• Perform any other duties assigned as the need may arise.
• Patrolling company premises.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma in Public Administration, Social Science or equivalent.
• Understanding of criminal investigations procedures.
• Must have a clean record with no convictions
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Great report writing skills.
• Mental strength and intelligence.
• Physical fitness.
