Role Overview
We are seeking dedicated and motivated Sales Security Personnel to join our dynamic team in Kampala. This part-time position offers a hybrid work arrangement, providing flexibility while allowing you to collaborate closely with our Human Resource Manager. As a Sales Security Personnel, you will play a crucial role in negotiating contracts and facilitating sales operations, directly impacting our mission of delivering top-tier security services.

Position Details

- Reporting Structure: Reports to Human Resource Manager
- Start Date: As soon as possible

Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare sales contracts and order forms.
2. Negotiate details of contracts and payments.

Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Education: Post-secondary Diploma in related fields.
- Required Experience: 2-3 years in sales or related field.

- Mandatory Skills: Effective speaking, social perceptiveness, negotiation, critical thinking, and time management.
- Required Technical Knowledge: Sales and marketing, customer and personal service, mathematics, and transportation.

- Language Requirements: Fluent in English, Luganda, and Swahili.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Responsibilities:
- Negotiate with retail merchants to enhance product exposure.

Desired Additional Skills:
- Persuasion and coordination.

Beneficial Experience:
- Experience in the security industry or related services.

Preferred Technical Knowledge:
- Computers and electronics knowledge.
