We're Hiring: Junior Electrician! ⚡️

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Electrician to join our team at Softcare (U) LTD with strong industrial electrical knowledge. This position offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to work in an exciting, fast-paced industrial environment. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or certificate in Electrical Engineering and at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Electrical Installation & Maintenance
Assist in the installation, testing, and maintenance of industrial electrical systems and machinery to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.

2. Troubleshooting & Repairs
Identify and troubleshoot electrical faults in industrial equipment and machinery, ensuring quick and effective resolutions to minimize downtime.

3. Preventive Maintenance
Conduct routine checks and inspections on electrical systems to ensure that everything is functioning optimally and within safety standards.

4. Wiring & Cabling
Assist in the wiring and cabling of electrical panels, machinery, and systems, ensuring proper installation in line with industrial standards.

5. System Monitoring & Data Logging
Monitor electrical systems and record data for performance analysis, recommending improvements or repairs as needed to prevent future issues.

6. Safety Compliance
Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure all electrical installations and repairs meet industry and safety standards to maintain a safe working environment.

7. Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with senior electricians and engineers to complete tasks efficiently. Document completed tasks and report any issues or improvements to supervisors.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Education: Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering

· Experience: At least 1 year in an industrial or similar electrical role

· Skills:

o Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems

o Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

o Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics

o Familiarity with electrical codes and safety standards
