Position: Programme Support Assistant.
Reports to: Programme Manager - EKN Project
Location: Nebbi Municipality.
Key Result Areas:
• Provide logistical support and back up in the planning of meetings and workshops
• Ensure adequate stocks of key office materials are in place at all times
• Keeping petty cash and timely replenishment
• Maintaining supplies / logistics inventory and preparing requisitions for office supplies and equipment
• Identify and coordinate request for installation, repair services in line with policy
• Filling of key documents.
• Ensure that every staff fills their LDR time sheet timely to maintain compliance.
• Set up payment charter in the area to facilitate timely payment and tracking of document to avoid loss of payment vouchers.
• Coordination of visitors who come to office to persons they have come to see.
• Organize the setup of the reception and other offices to allow waiting Area for visitors.
• Stores request book clearly filled, stock cards indicated well in and approved by items are issued
• Ensure monthly store count and stores report submission.
Minimum education, training and experience requirements to qualify for the position:
o A Bachelors degree in Office Management, Business Administration, Human Resource, Organization Psychology, Development Studies or related field.
o Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar or related role.
o Must have knowledge in computer applications.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
o Excellent customer care and public relations skills.
o Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
o Commitment to World Vision Mission and partnership values and sensitivity to its various expressions across cultures and denominations.
