JOB DETAILS:
About the Role:
On behalf of our client, TotalEnergies, we are seeking a competent, skilled, and experienced Site Lifting Specialist to join their team in Uganda. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Adhere to the values and principles of the Company Code of Conduct at all times.
• Ensure compliance with Uganda Legislation, Company Rules, Procedures, and Instructions, including SOX standards for system security and reporting.

• Promote HSE Culture, including Lifting Safety, to prevent and reduce lifting incidents.
• Participate in the analysis of Lifting High Potential Incidents and ensure action plans are implemented.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Law, Procurement, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Lifting & Handling O&G related activities (ashore and onshore) with an engineering degree.
• Industry-related qualifications such as LEEA, EAL, ORITO, CPA, NORSOK, and strong communication skills.
• Experience in lifting operations across various fields (supervision, calculation, inspection, etc.) with extensive knowledge of international standards like BS, ISO, API, LOEER, NORSOK.
