Brief Job Summary:
Your mission will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform marketing, product, and business intelligence strategies.
Key Duties & Job Responsibilities
- Investigate market activity, track industry trends, and assess the competitive landscape.
- Gather and analyse published data, employment trends, and statistics to derive insights relevant to job seekers and employers.
- Evaluate past performance of products, services, and marketing campaigns, and recommend data-backed improvements.
- Assess future employment trends, skills demand, and hiring patterns to inform business and product strategy.
- Design, commission, and manage surveys targeting job seekers, employers, and industry stakeholders.
- Coordinate and publish periodical research reports and whitepapers, providing thought leadership in the recruitment and HR space.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and business intelligence teams to support their data needs.
- Develop and present clear, actionable reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand job seeker and employer behaviours, motivations, and pain points.
- Monitor competitor activities and market positioning to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Stay informed on labour laws, economic shifts, and government policies that impact recruitment and employment trends.

Person Specifications:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
Years of Experience:
- 2 years strategy experience
Skills required to perform the Job:
- Strong knowledge of statistics, data interpretation, and market research methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar.
- Experience in designing surveys and conducting both qualitative and quantitative research.
- Understanding of consumer psychology and behavioural science for qualitative research.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex data clearly.
- Highly methodical and organised with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand business needs and provide commercially viable insights.
- Ability to take responsibility, work independently, and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence in engaging with diverse stakeholders across different levels and departments.
