Job Title: Sales Representative – Solar Products Department: Sales Reports To: Sales Manager Salary: UGX 1M Role Purpose: The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales of solar products, including solar panels, battery storage, solar consultation, maintenance services, solar water pumps, and solar lights. The role includes identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service to promote sustainable solar energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Product Promotion: Promote and sell solar products such as solar panels, battery storage, solar consultation, maintenance, solar water pumps, and solar lights to new and existing clients.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers to understand their energy needs, provide tailored solutions, and offer expert advice on suitable solar products.

• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities, potential clients, and competitors.
• Product Demonstration: Demonstrate the features and benefits of solar products to clients, both in person and through online presentations.

• Customer Support & After-Sales Service: Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring satisfaction and assisting with any post-sales inquiries or issues related to product installation or maintenance.

• Sales Records Management: Maintain accurate and updated sales records, including client interactions, sales progress, and product orders.

• Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets set by the Sales Manager through proactive sales strategies and consistent follow-up with potential clients.
• Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conversion rate from leads to sales.
• Customer satisfaction and retention rate.
• Timely and accurate submission of sales reports and records.
• Market expansion and identification of new opportunities.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the renewable energy or solar industry.

• Knowledge of solar products, including solar panels, battery storage, and solar water pumps, is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused attitude.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach to sales.
