Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the air cargo market.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely service delivery.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our services.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the air freight or logistics industry.
• Strong understanding of air cargo operations and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
