Job Summary:   Provide quality nursing care services in the hospital and community.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• • Participate in planning, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation of Nursing Services in the health unit/ward;
  • Provide support supervision in the provision of nursing care;
  • Prepare and implement nursing services day roaster;
  • Requisition and account for medical supplies and equipment;
  • Maintain a clean and healthy ward environment;
  • Compile and submit reports to the Principal Medical Officer;
  • Supervise and appraise staff;
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Midwifery;
• Registered with Uganda Nurses and Midwives Council and holds a valid practicing license.

• 3 years’ relevant working experience
