JOB DETAILS:
Purpose of Post
The Sales and Marketing Officer is responsible for overseeing the overall achievement of sales targets and managing customer satisfaction
Keys skills for Sales and Marketing Officer
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and Outlook etc.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Good at multi-tasking and prioritizing

Minimum qualifications
• Diploma in any technical field (Entomology, Public Health, Food Science or any engineering field) & 3 years Sales experience or Diploma in Sales/ Marketing & 3 years’ experience in pest control

• Sales & Marketing Manager
Main Duties
• Maintain and develop a customer and prospect database.
• Plan and carry out direct marketing activities
• Develop ideas and create offers to major accounts
• Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by email, telephone, and personal visits.
• Ensure that customer receives a good service that exceeds customer requirements and is satisfied with the service.
• Manage all aftersales functions of the business.
• Maintain and develop existing and new customers
• Conduct sales analyses, monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
• Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.
• Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
• Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
• Manage relevant reporting of management and financial information for the sales and marketing departments.
• Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, and protect and develop the company's brands via suitable PR activities and intellectual property management
• Understand and implement role as per quality, environment, health & safety management systems
• Provide support in bid management: planning, compiling and submitting bids
