JOB DETAILS:
JOB PURPOSE:
To develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services. This role requires a deep understanding of current digital marketing trends, a diverse skill set, and the ability to adapt to the rapidly evolving digital landscape.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Digital strategy development by creating and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
2. Content creation & management through developing engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and the bank’s website.
3. SEO & SEM through optimizing website content for search engines and managing paid search campaigns to improve visibility and drive traffic.
4. Social media management by overseeing the bank’s social media presence, including content planning, posting, and engagement with followers.
5. Data analysis & reporting through monitoring and analyzing digital marketing performance using tools like google analytics and providing regular reports with actionable insights.
6. Email marketing from design and execution of email marketing campaigns, ensuring compliance with best practices and data privacy regulations.
7. Ai & automation by leveraging ai and machine learning tools to enhance customer segmentation, personalize content, and automate routine marketing tasks.
8. Video Content Creation by producing high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and the bank’s website.
9. Capture professional photographs for use in digital marketing materials, ensuring they align with the bank’s brand image.
10. Work closely with the marketing team, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency across all digital channels.
KEY ATRIBUTES:
1. Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices.
2. Experience in the financial services industry.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
7. Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
8. Experience with AI, machine learning.
9. Proficiency in video editing software and photography equipment.
REQUIREMENTS.
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
3. Certification in digital marketing or related fields is an added advantage.
