Are you passionate about sustainable agriculture and working directly with farmers to improve soil health and crop productivity? Bio Bloom Uganda is looking for a dedicated Sales Agronomist to join our team and support our sales and marketing team!

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise Village Agents & Field Activities: Oversee all field operations within the designated territory.
• Lead Generation & Client Engagement: Identify potential clients, conduct cold calls, and present Bio Bloom’s biofertilizer solutions.

• Village Agent & Farmer Training: Organize and lead farmer field trainings, field trials, and product promotion activities in collaboration with Village Agents.
• Fertilizer Last Mile Distribution: Manage the efficient distribution of Bio Bloom fertilizers and biological products to last-mile implementers.

• Project Monitoring & Reporting: Track fertilizer performance across demonstration plots and report findings to the Project Technical Lead.

• Event Support: Assist in organizing and participating in trade fairs, field days, and farmer training events.

• Monthly Reporting: Compile and submit sales and farmer profiling reports, along with any necessary accountabilities.

Qualifications & Skills:
• A degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Soil Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in agricultural extension, farmer training, or field agronomy.
• Strong understanding of soil fertility management and biofertilizers.
• Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel extensively within rural areas.

• Proficiency in using digital tools for data collection and reporting.
