Qualifications:
• Degree in community development, social work, or a related field.

• At least 3 years' experience in project management or social enterprise, with a focus on women's empowerment or the private sector.

• Strong computer, technology, and data reporting skills (e.g., Kobo Toolbox).
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Self-starter with initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Passionate about community development and the rights of children and women.

Responsibilites :
• Field Network Support: Recruit and train daycare providers, ensuring alignment with Tiny Totos' care standards, and troubleshoot challenges in model adoption.
• Data Collection: Oversee monthly site assessments and data collection, ensuring data analysis to improve care and user benefits.

• Representation & Partnerships: Represent Tiny Totos with local partners, identifying opportunities to expand accessible care services.
• Assist with administrative and logistical tasks, and support funder and partner relationships.
