Job Summary:
The Inventory Management Officer will oversee inventory control processes, ensuring accuracy in stock levels and efficient tracking using IFRIS and digital stamps. This role involves managing inventory data, reconciling discrepancies, and supporting cross- functional teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, track inventory movement, and ensure accurate records using IFRIS.
IFRIS Management: Utilize IFRIS to update inventory data, reconcile physical stock with system records, and generate reports.
Digital Stamp Oversight: Ensure proper application of digital stamps for compliance and traceability during stock receipt and dispatch.
Reporting: Prepare regular inventory reports, analyze stock trends, and provide insights to management.
Collaboration: Coordinate with production, finance, and sales teams to maintain inventory accuracy and resolve issues.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency, recommending process changes as needed.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 1+ years of experience in inventory management, with hands-on experience in IFRIS and digital stamps.
Skills: Proficient in inventory management systems, data analysis, and financial reporting.
