Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
- Minimum Qualification : Highschool
- Experience Level : Mid level
- Experience Length : 3 years
- Working Hours : Full Time
Job Description/Requirements
- Reporting to your section in appropriate uniform and on time
- Greets guests in a courteous and friendly manner. Garnish and present drinks suing standard ingredient recipes and practicing prudent portion control.
- Practice “Teamwork and “Clean as you Go” Policies.
- Attend weekly event planning meeting.
- Read and understand all particulars of orders, including start time and beverage requirements.
- After service, event/ functions, remove inventory and all beverages and equipment to proper locked storage.
- Work efficiently and effectively with the waitron’s team
- Retrieve and store bar glassware to proper storage.
- Daily service planning
- Maintain Proper and Adequate set-up of the bar daily. This includes
- requisitioning and stocking of all beers, wines, Spirits, paper products, strawsand stirrers, condiments and produce based on projections from the dailyoperation.
