Job Description:
Medequip U Limited is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Biomedical Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate with a biomedical engineering or other medical background to launch their career in the medical equipment sales industry. While experience is an added advantage, we encourage fresh graduates to apply. This role is contract-based and offers a full-time position reporting to the Sales Manager.
Duties and responsibilities;
As a Biomedical Sales Executive, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Generate leads, Sales of equipment and managing tenders.
- Maintain and monitor existing customers.
- Recruit new customers to increase the customer base.
- Maintain good relationships and contact with customers.
- Prepare Daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, monthly and quarterly target for the product line.
- Carry out market analysis from time to time or as requested by the line manager or management.
- Reach out to Health Facilities and other medical professionals through both offline and online means and develop constructive relationships.
- Negotiate contracts with prospective clients taking care of terms of the agreement and post-contract formalities.
- Support to obtain deposits and balance of payment from clients.
- Knowledgeable about the product offerings, services and unique benefits provided by competitors and other relevant companies.
- Work closely with departments of purchase, sales, operations and strategy to implement effective plans and strategies.
- Analyze market trends and conditions to understand where opportunities for networking and business-building may arise.
- Write technical report/Accessories and consumables (Inspection report) upon receiving the items.
- Follow up on Customers about the quotation.
- Give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients-Continuing Medical Education (CMEs)
- Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Answer client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
