Job Description:
As a TikTok Content Creator, you will be the voice and face of our brand on one of the most popular social media platforms. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to brainstorm, produce, and edit high-quality TikTok videos that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop, film, and edit original TikTok videos that are engaging, entertaining, and on-brand.
- Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of TikTok trends, challenges, and viral moments to create timely and relevant content.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create a TikTok content strategy that aligns with our brand goals and target audience.
- Audience Engagement: Respond to comments, engage with followers, and foster a sense of community on the platform.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor TikTok performance metrics (views, likes, shares, comments, etc.) and provide regular reports to optimize content strategy.
- Collaborations: Identify and collaborate with influencers, creators, and other brands to expand reach and engagement.
- Brand Representation: Ensure all content reflects the brand’s voice, values, and aesthetic.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience creating TikTok content, either for a brand or personal account, with a strong portfolio of work.
- Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and TikTok’s native editing features.
- Strong understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent storytelling and creative skills with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Attributes:
- A personal TikTok account with a strong following and engagement is a plus.
- Experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation for brands.
- Knowledge of other social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and how they integrate with TikTok.
- A passion for staying up-to-date with pop culture, internet trends, and emerging social media platforms.
- A positive, energetic, and collaborative attitude.
