We are the home of the Intelligent Transport Monitoring System (ITMS) Project.
Role Overview:
The Commercial Manager will lead and oversee all commercial operations related to our payment portal. This includes process management, client support, stakeholder engagement, and dispatch management. The role ensures efficiency, compliance, and high service delivery standards while driving operational improvements and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic and Process Management: Develop and implement commercial strategies to optimize payment portal operations, ensuring seamless coordination between teams.
• Client Support and Relationship Management: Oversee client support to ensure timely resolution of inquiries and maintain strong client relationships.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the liaison between the company, partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Dispatch and Service Scheduling Management: Coordinate dispatch operations for timely service delivery and optimize resource allocation.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop the commercial team to enhance productivity and professionalism.
• Reporting and Data Analysis: Analyze performance data to provide insights and recommendations for process optimization and business growth.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar commercial or operations management role.
• Proven experience in process management, client support, stakeholder engagement, and dispatch operations.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
