JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose and Main Missions:
• Drive revenue generation through efficient customer service and document management.
• Ensure client KPIs are met by driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
UTD Customer Service
• Receive, vet and track customer documents
• Open job files in SPOT
• Timely invoicing and communication with customers
• Cargo tracking and updates
• Minimizing operational delays
Travel Allowance
• Process driver travel allowances
• Ensure accountability and maintain auditable records
Document Management
• Open job files in SPOT
• Archive documents for closed jobs
• Provide files to internal clients
• Attach invoices and transport documents
• Maintain physical files and archives
Profile
Required Skills:
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Transport and Logistics Management
• Special Skills and Knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in MS-Excel and data analysis
• Organizational and time management skills
Additional Responsibilities:
• Perform other duties as requested by the supervisor or management.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless operations.
