• Purpose:
The Information Technology Officer will be responsible for managing and maintaining the district's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations of IT systems, and supporting staff with technical solutions.

• Responsibilities:
o Design, implement, and maintain IT systems and networks for the district office.
o Ensure the proper functioning and security of the district's IT infrastructure.

o Provide technical support to staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
o Manage the installation and maintenance of IT equipment and software.

o Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance.

o Conduct training sessions for staff on IT systems and emerging technologies.
o Maintain accurate records of IT assets, licenses, and services.

• Qualifications and Experience:
o Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
o At least 2 years of experience in IT system administration or related roles.

o Proficiency in network administration, hardware maintenance, and software troubleshooting.
