Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven salesperson to join our dynamic team. This multi-role position requires a versatile individual who can effectively manage sales activities, handle administrative tasks, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, managing prequalifications, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
• Identify and target potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
2. Prequalifications and Documentation
• Handle prequalification processes for tenders and client contracts.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of required documentation.
3. Sales and Quotation Management
• Use the Zoho system to create and send quotations to clients.
• Follow up on quotations and inquiries to secure sales.
4. Payment Management
• Monitor and demand payments from clients, ensuring timely collections.
• Resolve any payment-related issues promptly and professionally.
5. Sales Support and Coordination
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to meet client needs.
• Provide exceptional customer support throughout the sales process.
6. Reporting and Analysis
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using the Zoho system.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management team.
Qualifications and Skills
• Proven experience in sales or a similar role.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Zoho, is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude and a drive to meet and exceed targets.
Qualifications and Skills
• Education:
• A degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience:
• Previous experience in sales or a similar role is an advantage.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, email, CRM systems like Zoho).
• Strong understanding of online tools and sales platforms.
