JOB DETAILS:
Lancet Laboratories Uganda is looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer care, maintaining client satisfaction, and effectively managing communication via traditional and digital platforms.

Minimum Requirements:
To qualify for the position, you must meet the following criteria:
1. Education:
o A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.
2. Experience:
o Proven relevant experience in Customer Care Service.
o A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience.
3. Digital Proficiency (Added Advantage):
o Ability to operate and manage key social media platforms such as X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, and Instagram.

4. Skills and Competencies:
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
o Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
o Proficiency in handling customer queries and concerns professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities may include:
1. Customer Interaction:
o Providing support to customers through phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
o Resolving customer complaints promptly and ensuring client satisfaction.
2. Digital Engagement:
o Managing social media platforms to respond to client queries, promote services, and enhance customer experience.
3. Administrative Support:
o Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

o Coordinating with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
4. Marketing and Business Support:
o Assisting in promoting Lancet’s services and maintaining strong client relationships.
5. Feedback Management:
o Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to improve service delivery and operations.
