Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
2. Market Growth Initiatives
o Identify new market opportunities and drive business growth initiatives.
3. Market Analysis
o Analyze market trends to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
4. Representation
o Represent RDM Africa in trade negotiations and promotional events.
5. Sales Targets
o Meet and exceed set sales and development targets.

Qualifications and Skills
• Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience:
o Proven experience in sales, trade development, or business development.
• Skills:
o Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
o Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work under minimal supervision.

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
